VA Providers Not in Attendance Salt Lake City annual Forum.
The writer went to this conference in Salt Lake City. It was an exceptional day of presentation. With 1 in 4 Gulf War Veterans ill, you would think that the VA in Salt Lake City would have been at this meeting. Lo and Behold they were not in attendance. Here there was breaking news out on XMRV and Chronic Fatigue from the NIH the week before this conference and the key researchers from Salt Lake City were part of this conference, so why was the VA providers absent? There were about 100 civilians for the provider section of the meeting and a full ballroom full of patients at the patient conference in the afternoon.
