Over the last few weeks, the 13 Watchdog team has uncovered numerous issues at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
From delayed communications to outdated policies to punishment allegations, we found close to two dozen issues in the facility’s recent audit.
Friday, 13 Watchdog reporter David Bailey sat down with interim CEO Jim Dunn to discuss everything we’ve investigated.
Dunn admits there have been some bad mistakes at this facility but at the same time he still defends the outgoing administrators who were eliminated in favor of a new management team. He promised the 13 Watchdog team the mistakes of the past won’t happen in the future.
