Daemen Receives National Grant for Student Veteran Services

Daemen College has received a $10,000 grant from America’s Warrior Partnership Community Integration to support the college’s services and programs for student veterans.
“We are pleased to receive this grant to strengthen our campus resources for student veterans, who are an integral part of the college community,” said Daemen President Gary A. Olson. “This additional support will further our commitment as a veteran friendly institution to provide a successful college experience to veterans at Daemen.”
The grant to the college’s Nancy Haberman Gacioch Center for Veterans has been awarded in response to a nomination by the Veterans One-stop Center of WNY, Inc., with whom the college will collaborate to provide essential services and support to Daemen’s student veterans.
