The phony “war on terror” was invented at Netanyahu’s JCIT, the Jerusalem Conference on International Terrorism, in 1979. Preliminaries included the CIA’s creation of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan during the 1980s.
But though almost everyone knows that al-Qaeda was launched as a US-armed anti-Russian resistance group in 1980’s Afghanistan, few realize that the false-flag strategy behind the “war on terror” got its bloody start elsewhere: in 1990s Algeria. That was when the French government, backed by the US and NATO, supervised the slaughter of as many as half a million Algerians in massacres falsely attributed to the “al-Qaeda-linked GIA” but actually carried out by Algerian government death squads.
France and NATO helped murder hundreds of thousands of innocent Algerians for a very simple reason: They did not want peaceful, democratic Islamic activists to gain the fruits of their series of landslide election victories. (Today, al-Sisi is butchering thousands of peaceful democratic Islamic activists in Egypt for the same reason.)
Around 1990, Islamic activists just kept winning Algerian elections by bigger and bigger margins. But instead of letting the winners take power, Gladio-linked elements of the Algerian military kidnapped, tortured and murdered the Islamist leaders – and began massacring their followers in savage acts of false flag terror.
During the so-called Algerian civil war of the 1990s, government death squads – organized, trained, and paid for by France and NATO – would pull ski masks over their heads and butcher entire neighborhoods and entire villages under the watchful, unconcerned eyes of uniformed troops. It was always the pro-Islamist neighborhoods and villages that got butchered. Yet the Western mainstream press kept right on ludicrously blaming the massacres on the “radical Islamic al-Qaeda linked GIA.”
I lived in Oujda, Morocco, right on the border with Algeria, in 1999-2000. My in-laws are Moroccans with half-Algerian backgrounds, like most folks here in Oujda, and they pay attention to what’s going on across the border. None of them believed the nonsense in the newspapers blaming the “radical Muslims” for the ongoing massacres in Algeria. Everyone knew the Algerian deep state was doing it.
Out of that horrible experience emerged a network of Maghrebian intelligence community members opposed to the massacres and to false flag terrorism in general. (It was a preview of how VT would emerge after 9/11.) Abu Suleiman of Islamic-Intelligence is the visible tip of that iceberg.
So when brother Abu Suleiman recently told me that a Charlie Hebdo witness was in trouble and needed some publicity for protection, I told him to have the witness write up a statement for me to translate and publish here at VT. Below is the statement of that witness, Mohamed Boutiche.

Statement of Mohamed Boutiche, translated by Kevin Barrett
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mohamed Boutiche, a 36-year-old Frenchman of Algerian ancestry.
I want to tell my story, and bear witness to my experiences, to all free people and especially to my American brothers.
On Thursday July 17th 2014 I was arrested at my own residence, in front of my wife, by police from the Reims SRPJ. Before opening the door, I was able to warn brother Abu Suleiman of the website Islamic Intelligence that the police were at my door. (For many years I have had a warm relationship with brother Abu Suleiman, who had assured me that people of good faith were protected by a very powerful franco-maghrebian intelligence network. Their support, he said, was given freely and and unconditionally.)
I was taken to the Reims police station and held in police custody by police commandant Printo Monteiro, who told me he was acting under orders from Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve. Later I was transferred to a psychiatric hospital 50 kilometers from Reims at the insistence of a Prefect by the name of Dartout, who is currently Prefect at La Marne and who ordered a one-month hospitalization. I left on the morning of Sunday, July 20th, 2014. (I don’t know how hospitalizations work in the USA, but in France, it is extremely rare to leave a psychiatric hospital on Sunday; the hospital personnel were as surprised as I was.)
On Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014, I was arrested on the outskirts of a pro-Palestinian demonstration in Reims. (See the report in the Union de Reims newspaper.) I was charged with “making racist statements” based on false testimony by lying police officers, and was convicted by a court in Reims in September 2014.
The Union de Reims newspaper is well-known as a tool of the “clash of civilizations” on the same level as that rag Charlie Hebdo.
On January 5th 2015, clashes broke out at Ain Salah in the Algerian Sahara, and the Algerian people shut down TOTAL, the French national oil company.
On the 6th, 7th and 8th of January 2015, at Charleville Mezieres, the fax-internet boutique formerly managed by Said Kouachi’s brother-in-law came under electronic attack (no fax, no internet). You will find in the video below a discussion of this boutique and of the brother of Said Kouachi’s wife. I collected his testimony on April 7th 2015.

On January 7th 2015 the DSGI launched the Charlie Hebdo false flag operation. The attack was the oil company (TOTAL’s) response to the Saharan riots.
On January 7th 2015 around 10:45 a.m. I learned of the attack on the radio. I was driving on the A4 freeway near Metz, where I was driving to Mannheim as part of my job.
I returned to my neighborhood in Reims around 7 p.m., having learned around 5 p.m. that the authorities were searching there (for Charlie Hebdo suspects). Several neighbors believed I was linked to the attack. I proved to them that I had been going to work and went to Germany. I alerted them that the cops were going to deploy in the Croix Rouge neighborhood of Reims where I live. The residents of the Croix Rouge neighborhood came out in the streets in large numbers out of curiosity and prevented the police from carrying out an armed operation (too risky due to all the curious people, too many witnesses).
Reims is the fiefdom of the Taittinger family. The former head of TOTAL and his boss de Margerie who died in Moscow belong to the Taittinger family. See “Chrisophe de Margerie: A Career with TOTAL.”
TOTAL is tightly linked to Israeli interests in Turkistan, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Kurdistan, Algeria and Libya. On January 6th 2015, the Prime Minister of Algeria announced that the secret French project to exploit 65% of Algeria’s shale gas was canceled in the wake of the demonstrations at Ain Salah. The website Islamic Intelligence reported the Paris attacks on the morning of January 7th – the Charlie Hebdo attacks showed we were right.
On January 8th 2015 the theater of operations was moved to Forêt de Picard. After the “tracking down”/“executions” of the two Kouachi brothers, I transmitted to brother Abu Suleiman of Islamic-Intelligence strategic information that led to a diplomatic crisis between France and Morocco. The outlines of the same French-Moroccan-Israeli network implicated in the false flag were already visible, just like in the case of the Mohamed Merah affair, where the police captain Hassen Loubane, a French Moroccan, provided the weapons to his asset Mohamed Merah. The Kouachi brothers likewise appear to have been stooges of the French secret services.

On Thursday January 9th 2015, the DSGI released information on Hayat Boumedienne (wife of Amédy Coulibaly, the African Muslim Sarkozy asset who was shot while handcuffed after allegedly taking hostages in a kosher deli). This was a death threat against myself and brother Abu Suleiman. The Islamic-Intelligence website had publicly affirmed that elements of the Algerian secret services close to him, appointed under the reign of President Houari Boumediene, had given him crucial information on the majority of intelligence operations in Europe and the Muslim world.
On Monday January 12th 2015 at 7:03 a.m. my wife’s telephone rang. The caller was Lithuanian. (Lithuania is a well-known fiefdom of likudnik Netanyahu.)
In February 2015 I received a private message. I was on the front page of a special edition of l’Ardennais. The photo they published was from twenty years ago.
On April 19th 2015, the Reims police, acting on a slanderous tip from a local Zionist agitator, attacked a local secondhand shop where only women and children were present. The attack targeted an activist table, run by orphans, calling for the defense of the Palestinian people. The videos speak for themselves;

I should explain that I spent part of the afternoon outside the borders of the secondhand shop. I did not go inside out of modesty; nobody was inside except women and children.
Fifteen minutes after I left for the city with my wife, police attacked the innocent women and children. I still think it was a trap they set for me.
Along with others from the area, we assembled in front of the Reims Police Station where young Myriam was being held. I immediately sent a report to brother Abu Suleiman. Islamic-Intelligence was the first media outlet to cover this police outrage.
On April 19th 2015 the DSGI planned to attack churches in the Paris banlieu (the outlying neighborhoods with many Muslim immigrants). This was the Ghlam Affair, which bore a perfect resemblance to the operation that attacked the church in Fergusson in the US.
In August 2015 I entered into contact with two men who had been interrogated in Reims the day after the Charlie Hebdo false flag attack. I wished to explain to them that there were powerful networks willing to protect them so they could freely express what they knew and felt about the affair.
The first, Reski Resine, who lives 100 meters from me, denied having been detained. However, according to the testimony of my neighbors, he too, like me, was pressured both physically and psychologically by the police.
The second, whose name I don’t know, lives 300 meters away. He told me his detention went well and that he would think about my proposition. After that he did everything he could to avoid me.
I regularly receive police summons to which I do not respond. They order me to take down the videos posted above.

On October 12th 2015 at 7:15 the police knocked at my door. I didn’t open it. They left. I alerted brother Abu Suleiman. This was the same day that Police Commandant Pinto Moneiro spent several hours harassing my employer.
When I returned to Mannheim, my employer gave me the ID of the above-cited cop. When I learned that it was him, I realized all at once that they wanted to shut me up, suicide me or kill me.
My boss ordered me not to come to work until I had taken care of the problem with the cops.
I do not recall this policeman.
The next day at 8:30 a.m. my employer called me to say that there were fifteen cops at my workplace looking for me and that they were pressuring him to fire me (which he did). This is completely illegal.
On Tuesday October 13th around 2 p.m., police illegally entered my apartment, changed the lock, and conducted a warrantless search. The SRPJ commandant from Reims (police intelligence service) by the name of Pinto Monteiro (who wants to become a lawyer after his pathetic cop career is over) left me a note inviting me to come get my new apartment keys at the police station. Instead I contacted the IGPN (the police who monitor the police) but they did not follow up.

On Wednesday October 21st around 5:25 p.m. I was about 200 meters from my apartment when a young neighbor came to warn me that plainclothes police were searching my residence. He pointed them out – five of them. I got in my car and drove off. They ran after me with drawn service revolvers. Their clear intent was to shoot me. I left Reims.
On Wednesday November 4th 2015 I re-contacted the IGPN, which conducted no follow-up. I learned that many Muslim activists were being harassed by police and the forces of the Ministry of the Interior, after opposing children being taken away from Muslim parents suspected of wanting to go to Syria. You all know that ISIS was established by the Mossad and the CIA – and in terms of its Tunisian branch, by Libyan and French intelligence. It is the secret services of DGSI/DGSE that created this death squad in its entirety.
I also wish to say that I have contacted several lawyers who have refused to assist me with a complaint, and with my hearings.
I truly feel that the DGSI’s trap is closing in on me.
The French state is responsible for the Algerian coup of 1991-1992 and the death of more than 500,000 people during the civil war. My family is a direct victim, both physically and financially.
We have proof for what we are saying. I am a witness to the destructive role of the French police (and intelligence agencies) in international terrorism and contemporary conflicts.
I also wish to put forth two explanations.
The two Kouachi brothers came to live in the Croix Rouge neighborhood of Reims after the 2012 Merah affair in Toulouse. After hearing about them from certain concerned neighbors, I forward a report on them to brother Abu Suleiman: The two Kouachi brothers were agents-provocateur. They were agents of the French national police.
The surveillance of the Kouachi brothers was suspended during my detention in July 2014.
To conclude:
I wish to above all thank Allah the most glorified the most high for the protection he has given me.

Suite à cette garde à vue, j’ai été transféré dans un hôpital psychiatrique à 50km de Reims à la demande du préfet de la marne du nom de Dartout (actuel préfet de Gironde ) qui a ordonné contre moi une hospitalisation d’office de 1 mois. Je suis sorti le dimanche 20 juillet 2014 au matin (je ne sais pas comment se déroule une hospitalisation aux USA, mais en France, il est très très rare de sortir un dimanche de l’hôpital, le personnel hospitalier était lui aussi surpris ). Je suis donc resté en psychiatrie moins de 3 jours.
Le mardi 22 juillet 2014, je suis arrêté en marge d’une manifestation pro palestinienne à reims. On me reproche alors des propos racistes, sur la base du témoignage de 3 policiers “menteurs”… je suis condamné par défaut par le tribunal de Reims en septembre 2014.

Le 7 janvier 2015 , la dgsi lance l’opération false flag de charlie hebdo. .. Cette attaque fut la réponse du groupe pétrolier total aux emeutes sahariennes.
Le 7 janvier vers 10h 45, j’apprends à la radio l’attaque, je me trouvais sur l’autoroute a4 près de metz. Je partais à mannheim dans le cadre de mon job.

Les habitants du quartier croix rouge de Reims ont fait trébucher la dgsi, les voisins sont sortis en nombre par curiosité, gênant ainsi toute intervention armée (trop de danger pour les curieux et trop de temoins).
Reims est le fief de la famille taittinger; l’ancien patron de la compagnie TOTAL et son patron de Margerie mort à Moscou appartient à la famille taittinger. Le lundi 12 janvier 2015 à 7h03 le téléphone de ma femme sonne, l’indicatif était Lituanien, connu pour etre un fief du likudnik Netanyahu.
Au mois de février 2015 je reçois un message prive, j’étais en première page d’un cahier special du journal l’Ardennais. .. ils ont ressorti une photo vieille de 20ans.
Le 19 avril 2015, la police de Reims attaque (sur une simple dénonciation calomnieuse d’un agent agitateur sioniste local) une brocante où ne se trouvaient que des femmes et des enfants. Je tiens à vous dire que je suis resté une partie de l’après midi en dehors de l’enceinte de la brocante , je ne me suis pas joint à cette brocante par pudeur, il n’y avait que des femmes et des enfants…
15 min après que j’eu quitté les lieux pour aller en ville avec mon épouse , les policiers ont attaqué femmes et enfants innocents. Je continue à croire que c’était aussi un piège qui m’était tendu.
Avec des habitants, nous nous sommes réunis devant le commissariat de Reims où était retenue la jeune Myriam. J’ai tout de suite transmis les infos au frère abu suleiman. Islamic-intelligence a été le premier média d’information à communiquer sur cette bavure policière.

La police déjoue fortuitement un projet d’attentat à Villejuif
Au mois d’Août 2015, j’entre en contact avec 2 hommes qui avaient été interpellés à Reims au lendemain du false flag charlie hebdo. Je souhaitais leur expliquer qu’il y avait des réseaux puissants disposés à les protéger pour qu’ils puissent exprimer librement leur ressenti sur cette affaire. Pour
Le premier Reski Resine qui vit à 100m de chez moi, a nié toute garde à vue, pourtant des témoignages de mes voisins racontent qu’il a subit des pressions physiques et psychologiques de la part de la police, comme moi. Le second dont je n’ai pas le nom vit à 300m de chez moi, il m’a dit que sa garde à vue s’était bien passée… et qu’il réfléchirait à ma proposition. Depuis il fait tout pour m’éviter.
Je reçois régulièrement des convocations policières auquelles je ne réponds pas. Elles visent à me faire suprimer les vidéos postées plus haut.

Elle m’était destinée, on voit clairement écrit Mr… et “hayat” est l’orthographe erronée du prénom de mon épouse sur notre abonnement internet numericable/SFR, ma femme se prénome ayat. Elle a pris peur et est partie chez ses parents à Casablanca au Maroc.
Le 12 Octobre 2015 à 7h15 , la police frappe à ma porte, je n’ouvre pas,les flics partent , j’alerte le frère abu suleiman… le même jour le commandant de police pinto monteiro harcèle pendant plusieurs heures mon employeur .
Quand je rentre de mannheim, mon employeur me donne les coordonnées du flic cité plus haut. Quand j’ai su qu’il s’agissait de ce policier, j’ai tout de suite compris qu’on voulait me faire taire, me suicider ou me tuer.
Mon patron m’a interdit de venir travailler tant que je ne m’occupais pas de ce problème avec les flics.
Je n’ai pas rappelé ce policier…
Le lendemain à 8h30, mon employeur me réveille au téléphone en me disant que 15 flics étaient dans son bureau à ma recherche et qu’ils lui mettaient la pression pour me virer (ce qu’il a fait). Ceci est completement illegal.
Ce mardi 13 octobre vers 14h, les policiers sont entrés par infraction dans mon appartement, ont changé la serrure de mon logement, et fouille l’appartement sans mandat. Le commandant du SRPJ de Reims, (service recherche de la police judiciare) du nom de Pinto Monteiro (qui souhaite devenir avocat après sa carrière de flic minable), a laissé un mot où il m’invitait à venir chercher les clefs de mon appartement au commissariat de police. J’ai contacté alors l’IGPN (la police des polices) qui n’a donné aucune suite.

J’ai quitté la ville de Reims.
Le mercredi 4 novembre 2015, j’ai de nouveau contacté l’IGPN, qui ne donne aucune suite. J’ai appris que plusiers militants Musulmans sont harceles par la police, et la justice sur ordre du ministre de l’interieur, apres s’etre opposes aux enelvements d’enfants de parents Musulmans, soupconnes de vouloir rejoindre la Syrie. Vous savez tous que DAESH a ete cree par le mossad, la CIA, et pour ce qui est de sa branche tunisienne, libyenne et francaise. Ce sont les services de la DGSI/DGSE qui ont entierement cree cet escadron de la mort.
Je souhaite vous écrire que j’ai contacté plusieurs avocats qui refusent de rédiger une plainte et de m’assister dans mes auditions.

Je sens vraiment que le piège de la DGSI se referme doucement sur moi.
L’état francais est responsable du coup d’etat en Algerie en 1991-92 et de la mort de plus de 500 000 personnes lors de la guerre civile. Ma famille est directement victime dans sa chaire et dans ses biens.
Nous disposons de preuves de ce que j’avance et je suis témoin du rôle néfaste de la police française dans le terrorisme international et des conflits contemporains.
Je souhaite aussi vous apporter 2 explications:
Les deux frères Kouachi se sont installés dans le quartier Croix Rouge de Reims après l’affaire Merah de Toulouse en 2012, suite à l’inquiétude de certains habitants, j’ai transmis leur signalement au frère abu suleiman. Les 2 frères kouachi étaient des agents, agitateurs de la police nationale française.
-la surveillance des deux Kouachi a été suspendue pendant ma garde à vue en juillet 2014.
