Syrian Army Seizes Militants’ Large Depot of Medical, Military Equipment in Lattakia
TEHRAN (FNA) – The Syrian Army Friday continued its mop up operations in surrounding areas of Jeb al-Zaarour hill and al-Fark mountain and seized a large depot of various types of military and medical hardware left behind by the defeated militants in the Northern part of Lattakia province.

Three field hospitals, DShK machineguns, home-made “hell canons”, mortars, 20 gas cylinders prepared for bombing were seized in the Syrian army’s cleansing operations near the hills surrounding Jeb al-Zaarour and al-Fark mountain.

Large amounts of explosives, different ammunition, Turkish and stolen medicine in addition to a quantity of Cocaine were also seized by the Syrian soldiers.

On Thursday, the Syrian army and National Defense forces, backed by Russian warplanes, liberated several villages in the coastal Province of Lattakia from the control of the terrorists.

The Syrian forces took full control over the villages of Mafraq Beit Abu Reesha, Khirbat Jubb Al-Za’rour and Khandaq Al-Khamou in Lattakia. A large group of Takfiri terrorists were killed and their vehicle, weapons and ammunition were destroyed in the operations.

Syrian Forces Advancing towards ISIL-Held City of Quayratayn in Homs Province
 
TEHRAN (FNA) – The Syrian Army alongside popular forces have won several battles against the ISIL terrorists and recaptured many areas in the Central province of Homs, and are getting ready to storm the militant-held city of Quayratayn, army sources said Friday.

The sources said that the Syrian army alongside the popular forces continued their advance towards the town of Maheen after repelling an assault from the ISIL outside of the recently captured hilltop of Tal Sinni in the Homs province’s Eastern countryside.

With five hills recaptured in less than 48 hours, the Syrian Armed Forces are steadily making progress towards the imperative town of Maheen.

After Maheen the government forces will be in position to assault the ISIL-controlled city of Quraytayn, which was taken from the National Defense Forces of Syria in August of this year.

On Wednesday, the Syrian army, backed by popular defense forces, purged the strategic hills in the countryside of Homs of the Takfiri militants, killing scores of them.

The Syrian forces regained full control over the hills of al-Hazm al-Thana in Homs countryside, and killed tens of militants and destroyed their weapons.

Syrian Army Captures Militants’ Stronghold in Hama Province
TEHRAN (FNA)- The Syrian army continued its advances in Hama on Friday and took control of a key region in the Central province.

The army seized back Al-Safsafeh village in the Northwestern parts of Hama countryside earlier today.

Tens of terrorists were killed and dozens more were injured in the Syrian army’s operations in Northwestern Hama.

On Wednesday, the Takfiri militants fighting in Hama province came under heavy airstrikes by the Syrian air force, and suffered heavy losses in the attacks.

Syrian warplanes targeted terrorists’ concentration centers in Latmin, al-Lihaya, near Morek and al-Banah in the Northern countryside of Hama, and killed a number of militants and destroyed their machinegun-equipped vehicles.

Syrian army troops also intensified operations against the Takfiri militants in Hama province, and took a heavy toll from the terrorists on Wednesday.

Syrian army targeted terrorists’ concentration centers near Ithriya and Salba in the Eastern countryside of Hama, and killed and injured dozens of militants and destroyed a number of their machinegun-equipped vehicles.

Russian Air Force Targets Terrorists’ Military Hardware in Syria’s Aleppo
TEHRAN (FNA)- Russian Su-24M bombers destroyed repair shops and seven pieces of military hardware in Syria’s Aleppo province, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesman Major-General Igor Konashenkov announced.

“The Su-24M bombers destroyed workshops located in several buildings for the repair of combat hardware of the ISIL terrorist group near the airport of Neirob in the Aleppo province,” the spokesman said, Itar-Tass reported.

“The air bombs that hit the workshops destroyed seven pieces of the armor located inside them,” he added.

On Tuesday, the head of the main operations department of Russia’s General Staff, Colonel-General Andrey Kartapolov said that since the beginning of the operation in Syria Russian planes flew more than 1,600 sorties to attack more than 2,000 terrorist targets.
