Fifteen years ago, Norman Finkelstein published The Holocaust Industry: Reflections on the Exploitation of Jewish Suffering. In that particular book, Finkelstein meticulously and methodically detailed that much of what is passing for “Holocaust” today is basically a racket. Finkelstein wrote then that “I deplore the Holocaust industry’s corruption of history and memory in the service of an extortion racket.”[1]
Finkelstein was certainly too wild for the Holocaust establishment, and they wanted his head on a silver platter right from the start. They wanted to destroy his academic career, and that eventually happened in 2007. Most readers already know that story.
Finkelstein documents quite extensively that the Holocaust industry used what happened to some Jews in Nazi Germany in order to steal billions upon billions of dollars from Swiss banks, and he cited sources saying that this racket constituted “the greatest robbery in the history of mankind.”[2] The Holocaust industry, Finkelstein reiterated,
“has become an outright extortion racket. Purporting to represent all of world Jewry, living and dead, it is laying claim to Holocaust-era Jewish assets throughout Europe. Fittingly dubbed the ‘last chapter of the Holocaust,’ this double shakedown of European countries as well as legitimate Jewish claimants first targeted Switzerland.”[3]
Finkelstein is not the only person to dust the “Holocaust” as a racket. The late Christopher Hitchens himself called it “a secular religion, with state support in the form of a national museum.”[4] Similarly, Jewish Holocaust historian Tim Cole of the University of Bristol writes in Selling the Holocaust,
“‘Shoah [Hebrew for Holocaust] business’ is big business…[In] the twentieth century, the ‘Holocaust’ is being bought and sold. $168 million was donated to pay for the building of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum on a plot of Federal Land in Washington, DC. Millions of dollars have financed memorial projects throughout the United States, ranging from the installation of Holocaust memorials to the establishing of University chairs in Holocaust studies. Steven Spielberg’s movie Schindler’s List netted over $221 million in foreign box offices and even Academy Awards.”[5]
Israel Shamir goes so far as to say that the Holocaust is “a cult,”[6] which has a “Temple [‘Museum]…next to the White House.”[7] This “cult,” says Shamir, “also has theological value, and it has well-nigh supplanted the Crucifixion in the minds of true believers.”[8]
Gilad Atzmon, as we have said in a previous article, says something similar. His assessment bears repeating here:
“Interestingly enough, the Holocaust religion extends far beyond the internal Jewish discourse. In fact, it operates as a mission, and not only because its shrines are built far and wide, the Holocaust is now being touted as a possible pretext for nuking Iran…
“Clearly, the Holocaust religion serves both right and left Jewish political discourse, but it appeals to the goyim as well, especially those who preach and advocate killing in the name of ‘freedom,’ democracy and ‘moral interventionism.’
“To a certain extent, we are all subject to this religion; some of us are worshipers, others are just subject to its power.”
This is certainly true. If you deny or question or challenge key aspects of this “cult” or “religion,” then you have stepped out of bound. Reason or historical enquiry does not help here. You have to stay within the system and repeat the mantra in textbooks, the media, books that purport to be historical, etc. If you don’t, then be prepared to go to jail in places like Hungary, Germany, France, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, etc. Furthermore, be prepared to say goodbye to a decent and peaceful livelihood. Here is a story of our good friend Dr. Fredrick Toben:
“Because of his refuses to believe in the gas chambers the Australian Dr. Fredrick Töben has had the pleasure of residing in three prisons in three countries. In 1999 he spent seven months at Mannheim Prison, Germany. In 2008 he spent two months at Wandsworth Prison in the United Kingdom because Germany requested his extradition on a European Arrest Warrant-EAW. But because the EAW in the UK specifically excludes matters Holocaust, it failed in court.
“A year later, he spent three months in prison in South Australia for ‘contempt of court.’ In 2003 he had been found guilty for violating Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act for continuing to post Holocaust material on the Adelaide Institute website, which in 2008 became a contempt of court charge, which then added a bankruptcy charge on account of his not being able to pay the court costs awarded against him.”
Toben has been fined numerous times for his unpardonable sin.[9] He told me: “I was forced into bankruptcy of $230,000+ because legal aid would not cover such proceedings [the cases against him].”
Toben is still fighting for the truth and historical inquiry. But the question which kept popping into my mind ever since he sent me that message was simply this: why did the Holocaust establishment go that far to financially assassinate and persecute just one man? Toben doesn’t have an army; he doesn’t have nuclear bombs; he doesn’t plan to nuke any country or kill anyone, and the man is aging.
One of the answers seems to be that the establishment knows that truth is contagious and that lies cannot win forever. They know that they are doomed to fail.
The establishment actually has good reason to leave in fear. People are actually waking up. People are slowly realizing that they have been duped by the “Holocaust” cult. I particularly was amazed to see that this revolution is going on in obscure circles. Take a look:
One may not agree with people like Steve Anderson on every point, but the fact that those people are now disputing the Holocaust narrative is encouraging. Let the truth fall like a mighty stream, and those who love the truth will ally themselves with it.
