Jack English is a Palestinian from Canada: Theft of Paradise

In the last week, I have received numerous appeals from Jack English for help. He had read my preview to Jesus Was A Palestinian and immediately related when I wrote, “We Are All Palestinians now.”

Reading his story you soon realize that Jack in Canada lives on his own West Bank. He has experienced similar illegal and brutal treatment by those who think that they can simply take over his home and his property via criminal means and oust him as a refugee.

To quote Jack: “We are like the Assad Family in Syria, under attack by criminals from all sides who are there to take our property by force and by fraud …We are like Syrian refugees, homeless and penniless, in our own country, attacked and robbed by our own government!”

Reading his story, I am reminded of another Canadian company, Barrick, who set out to defraud the people of Chile and relieve them of some of the largest gold deposits in the world by stealing their land through lies and crimes.

Anthony Hall did a sterling job in his recent article Barricading Canadian Democracy, where Barrick, Munk and co are deeply imbedded in the criminal government of Stephen Harper with links to the Bush, Saudi, and Israeli crime syndicates that are becoming an epidemic. They specialize in depriving many of their land and resources through covert and illegal means.

The blatant destruction of olive orchards, the terrorisation of Palestinians and the disregard for International law on the West Bank and in Syria has become a blueprint for Munk-type corporate fascist takeovers worldwide. Their next step is to pass the TPP and the TTIP agreements, which will in effect remove all corporations from being subject to the laws of the sovereign states in which they operate.

Here is the story of Jack English. How many others are there who are suffering from the same lawlessness and abuse?

BCIMC vs. PACIFIC RIM RESORT, THE TRUE STORY “THEFT OF PARADISE”

This is a major worldwide story…

… not just a local British Columbia matter! It stretches from the office of the High Commissioner of British Columbia, Gordon Campbell, in London, England, to the corporate boardrooms of CAI Private Equity Partners in New York and Vancouver, to the Governor General’s Office in Ottawa, to the Boardroom of BCIMC, a 120 Billion Dollar Pension Fund, in Victoria, B.C., to the Long Beach Reserve of the Tla-O-Quit-Aht First Nations,

… and finally to a one room shack with no water or toilet occupied by myself and my two children huddled in terror as to when we will finally be killed by these power mad, money addicted, psychopaths and criminals in suits who had us under siege, trying to take our family’s home and business we had owned and operated for 30 years.

This is our story of how we survived multiple murder attempts, arson, nightly vandalism and graffiti, telephone threats, false police reports and publicity, constant lies, court cases, false and defamatory internet postings, being penniless to the point that we were starving and had to borrow toilet paper from the public washroom. This is the story of a father and this two young children up against a consortium of some of the most evil and ruthless billion dollar corporations on the planet and our own Government. This is Pacific Rim: The Theft of Paradise.

The attacks on our family and our property which we had owned for over 30 years were orchestrated and managed by a US-based international Real Estate Consulting company called CBRE, which apparently has a history of corrupt and questionable dealings in the US and around the world. I have read about CBRE’s involvement in real estate deals and land development in Australia where a land developer involved with them had his house arsoned and was finally murdered. From what I recall CBRE was not directly charged but they were definitely implicated.

In our case, the man who set us up to be taken out by BCIMC was the Senior Vice President of CBRE in Atlanta, Georgia, Michael Nissley.

He contacted us in the spring of 2010, and then he came and visited us at our Resort in September 2010 and told us that he would be our Realtor and was negotiating on our behalf to lease part of our property with a fellow named Bob Pearce of Parkbridge/BCIMC for a long term lease to them from us, as our family has owned the property for 30 years and didn’t want to sell it.

As far as I know Mr. Nissley was not licensed to be a Real Estate Agent in BC and after a year of delaying us and running us in circles, he finally admitted to us that he had actually been working on behalf of BCIMC the entire time.

We have also been informed by a very experienced professional that this fellow from CBRE, Michael Nissley, is most likely the one who arranged for the bribing of our Lawyer and our Appraiser who both lied and betrayed us in the court hearing where we lost our property, and that he was the one hired/arranged for the criminals who attacked our property, with over 100 major vandalism, arson and other attacks on our family and our property from 2009 to present.

These include:

April 2010: Pacific Sands Resort owners Pettingers built illegal rock walls on beach, which caused massive ongoing erosion to our beach frontage (Linda Pettinger illegally listed our resort in illegal fraudulent court action, Braden Smith, municipal planner/administrator illegally allowed rock walls to be built and maintained. He was part of crime gang).

May 25, 2010: Arson of our house and personal office. Completely destroyed.

(Arsonists came in by boat at high tide late that evening and attacked all three buildings).

June 2010: Braden Smith and Mayor John Fraser brought in illegal Development Cost Charges Bylaw retroactively which would bankrupt our resort and refused our building permits and business licence applications. They were both richly rewarded by BCIMC.

Braden Smith with top job at City of Winnipeg at double his previous 150k salary, and BCIMC has large investments and contacts there. And John Fraser was given position at BCIMC owned Sothebys Real Estate, where they could pay him off clandestinely through prearranged real estate sales. Also BCIMC may have paid off Perry Schmunk, next Mayor of Tofino, for his assistance, by getting him a plum job with big resort company in Vancouver. These are the local rumours and are usually true, as Tofino is a very small town of only 1000 people and the walls have ears.)

July 2010: More vandalism. Our 6-foot-high chain link steel gates were smashed down and security camera stolen early on the morning we were being interviewed by local TV station about the illegal rock walls destroying our property and the beach.

August 2010: Our bridge access the other half of the resort which is 100 acres of waterfront property was destroyed by BC Hydro. Tracey McVicar (in photo drinking with Doug Pearce, CEO of bcIMC, is on the Board of Directors of bcIMC, CAI Private Equity Partners (General Alexander Haig and Lt. Colonel Michael Aquino founders), and BC Hydro.

Tracy McVicar is located in Vancouver and is tied in with David Emerson (Queen’s Privy Council) and Canadian Governor General David Johnston, who are both Partners in CAI Private Equity Partners headquartered in New York.

August 2010: We discover 5 Guatemalan males and one terrified girl from Vancouver camped across the creek from where our bridge had recently been destroyed leaving us with no road access to 100 acre resort property. We call the RCMP and eventually something of a standoff occurs and 2 police cars and 2 officers and 2 Municipal Bylaw Officers attend along with myself and my son.

The RCMP find these Guatemalan males have no ID and the RCMP do not search their packs or vehicles (a car- the girl’s who appeared to be their guide, and a big Van packing the 5 guys and their gear). They were not camping. They appeared to be ex-mercenaries and carried small packs and were NOT Tourists. I believe that they were an M-13 hit squad sent in to eliminate me.

Their leader approached me, not knowing that the Police were there in the dark, and said to me in broken English at least 3 times: “Who are you? Who are you? Who are you?” I believe he was trying to determine if I was his mark before he shot me. It was a very tense standoff. The RCMP told these fellows to leave town with no search, no ID and no charges??? Very strange situation. The Police did nothing?

October 2010: Vandalism attack on our Construction Office at the Bridge. it was if the people attacking us knew our every move in advance. Later we were told by a local Tofino Municipality employee (who is also a member of the local Masonic Lodge) that our entire property was under 24/7365 military satellite surveillance since 2009. I found two sets of footprints of the attackers in some sand I had dug up the night before and one was about a size 8 and one a size 13.

November 2010: We are turned down by a US Lender who was going to refinance us (after they had approved us), as they told us that they had discovered an anonymous Google blog defaming myself and my family which was utterly malicious and totally false and were afraid to lend to us for this reason. The mortgage Broker who arranged this financing, Linda O’Neill, received death threats over the phone that said she would be dead if she continued to work for us, so she quit in terror.

December 2010: John Bradford, we believe, was murdered at Mount Washington Ski Resort on Vancouver Island. Bradford was a born again Christian who announced that he was running for Mayor and he said that he was going to fire Braden Smith who was the Municipal Planner and Administrator who was hated by the local people in Tofino and who was caught lying to the BC Supreme Court and falsifying documents after he shut down a job of a long time Tofino pioneer family for false reasons. Braden Smith is a Mormon. John Bradford was going to finally cleanup up the cesspool of Masonic corruption in the Tofino Municipal Government.

Christopher Lefevre, big time Vancouver Island and Tofino Real Estate developer (and reputed money launderer and drug smuggler) who lives in Victoria, BC and was apparently under house arrest at his residence in California, owns Mount Washington Ski Resort. Bradford was clearly murdered by means of an artificially induced (chemical or electronic) heart attack. I spoke to Bradford’s best friend, a paramedic, about his death. Bradford’s wife is a Registered Nurse.

Bradford had just had a complete medical check up before he went to Mount Washington. His heart was perfect. His wife had an autopsy performed. The autopsy report said his heart was perfect with no evidence of heart disease, but inexplicably somehow his heart just exploded and killed him! If Bradford had been elected, which he surely would have as he was immensely popular, CBRE and bcIMC would have never been able to take our property. The entire town attended his funeral.

Lefevre has been our enemy for many years and was part of the rock walls attack, and the information about him smuggling in money and drugs through the unmanned Tofino Airport in his private jet came from his former girlfriend, whom we met on the beach by chance and who told us he was a total criminal and a monster who lived in California and Victoria, B.C. Others have confirmed this information.

March 2011: We were approved for refinancing by an Ontario lender. We were using the property with the bridge access as security as it was not part of the court action on the main resort property across the highway on the beach. However, we were then informed that the financiers could not complete the financing because we has no access to the property because our bridge had been destroyed purposely from what we could tell by BC Hydro (a BC Government Crown Corporation) Again every move we made was blocked by our unseen enemies.

They were obviously monitoring all our communications, and they attacked us when they wanted to stop us from escaping their net of evil. They kept us surrounded and under siege and without funds to fight back at all times from 2009 to present, as they are still rigging cases and making attempts on my life as we speak.

This is a professionally-managed and -organized government based crime conspiracy.

April 2011: We hired a new Lawyer, Greg Harney, who promised to end the illegal court action and get us refinancing. Instead, he allowed the time limit to sue under the Improvident realization provisions to elapse and then attempted to force us to sell out to BCIMC. When we refused to cave in to his extreme pressure tactics and demands to sell out to BCIMC, he quit and delivered us a fraudulent bill for 1.1 million dollars when he said he would do this work for us for 2 RV Site Leases and $10,000 which we paid to him by borrowing from a friend.

Then he put a lien on our bridge property and attempted to take it no doubt to hand over to his real client, BCIMC. We showed the work he did over 4 months and at least 4 lawyers said Harney’s bill should have been 20- 30k maximum. We are still fighting this Lawyer who appears to be a sociopath, possibly on drugs, in the BC Courts.

December 2011: Over the Christmas holiday Michael Nissley called me from Atlanta gloating and is mocking me and essentially tells me that he has bought off both the lawyers and our expert witness in our upcoming court hearing in February. He speaks in code and riddles the whole time laughing at me. He means that they control both the lawyers (ours and the lenders) to sell our property to Parkbridge (BCIMC).

This was made possible due to the Municipal interference in our RV Site leasing program where we had 300 people signed up to buy RV Site Leases from us and we had FICOM approval to sell them as well. But the Municipality interfered through Braden Smith and John Fraser and Nissley clearly bought off both the lawyers and our expert witness and we submit that he also arranged for all the firebombings, arsons, vandalism, malicious blog, and the blocking of our two refinancing.

They also destroyed our entire water system, and I and my two children lived with no water and no flush toilet in a small shack on the property for 2 ½ years. We are like the Assad Family in Syria, under attack by criminals from all sides who are their to take our property by force and by fraud.

That is why I sent my letter to the Deputy Minister of Defence for Canada stating we are victims of domestic terrorism in Canada. He has ignored me and even refuses to acknowledge my faxes, calls and registered delivery of the letter to him that I attached here. He is a coward and a collaborator with criminals and is an insult to this country.

I gave this letter to Elizabeth May, Leader of the Canada Green Party and she said she would deliver it to Richard Fadden (who has now been promoted to the Privy Council to hob-nob with the other conspirator, David Emerson, who, we have been informed, took a large role in managing these attacks and the criminal takeover of our property by BCIMC/CAI and the BC Government. I don’t know if Ms. May has done this or not, but I intend to ask her soon.

February 2012: We go to court and the Judge is so shocked by the obvious collusion between the lawyers in what is clearly a rigged proceeding that he is screaming at my lawyer saying “You are not giving me what I need here to deal with this case!” I did not know what was going on until it was too late. The Judge should have declared a mistrial and told me to get a new lawyer, but he was so frustrated he finally just gave up. it was a nightmare. Also our Lawyer disappeared from the hotel we were staying at the night of the hearing and I believe that he went to meet with the other lawyer to make the final arrangements to sell us out.

June 2012: We appeal this decision and hire a very good Appeal lawyer, Angus Gunn, of Borden Ladner Gervais Lawyers in Vancouver. He wins the first round of our appeal and immediately almost the next day our main resort office is firebombed and completely destroyed on March 9, 2015. Again the attack happens at high tide allowing the attackers to come in by boat from the other side (bridge side) of our property.

The insurance company, Lloyds, as with our house, still has not paid us for these losses which were covered (250k House and Office and 750k Main Resort Office, Store and Staff Quarters) after 6 years of complaints to Lloyds and court cases.

July 2012: We are informed by an Elder of the Tla-O-Qui-Aht First Nations (TFN), Levi Martin and then then by the entire Tribal Council that the Government of British Columbia in 2010 offer the TFN our property as part of their Treaty Settlement Negotiations. Then we got involved with my old friend, Chief Moses Martin. The TFN said they did not want BCIMC in their territory as BCIMC, and the BC Government is reputed to have been involved in the unsolved murders of up to 1000 native women and 5000 missing native children in BC since 1990. Ed Johns and Tracey McVicar are also mentioned as possibly being involved in these crimes.

Moses and I went and met with Doug Pearce, CEO of BCIMC in the Boardroom of BCIMC’s head office in Victoria. Pearce did not know I was there. As soon as he found out who I was he ended the meeting abruptly and strode out of the room. He attempted to convince us that BCIMC were not in charge of the taking of our property whilst BCIMC was the 100% owner of Parkbridge who was the company that took our family home and business and our property. He was in utter terror when he left the room. BCIMC has now publicly admitted that they own our property by listing it as one of their assets.

March 2013: Our Lawyer, Angus Gunn, who was winning our appeal, was forced by his senior bosses in his firm to quit at the last minute leaving us defenceless and with no way to pay for another senior appeal lawyer and no time to brief anyone on this now complex case. Then this law firm sued us for $150,000 after dumping us at the last minute and causing us to lose our appeal. The new lawyer we managed to get at the last minute hadn’t even read the file and the Judges at the Court of Appeal first indicated that they were going to grant us the appeal.

But then a mysterious tall huge man that looked like an ex-football player came into the courtroom and sat down. This man appeared to be known by all the lawyers but he had an aura of pure evil and sinister foreboding about him. He was likely one of the most frightening people I have ever seen My Kids and I thought he was the Devil. As soon as he came into the courtroom, the 3 judges looked terrified and they reversed what they had said previously and almost immediately dismissed our appeal without even letting our new lawyer even continue. It was utterly bizarre.

June 2013: We find a retired lawyer, John Carten in Vancouver, who figures out what has happened to us and who has done it to us, and he puts up a blog, http://www.cuabcimc.blogspot.ca and assists us to sue BCIMC which is a British Columbia Government “Crown Corporation” stating that BCIMC were the ones who carried out and benefitted from this criminal conspiracy and fraudulent theft against our family on the principle of “cui bono”. This case is ongoing.

August 2013: My son and I planned to drive down island the next morning. A person who I know, but whose ex husband is a convicted criminal who lived nearby, called me and asked when we are leaving to go south. That night, unbeknownst to us someone (we believe the ex con) crawled under my truck and undid the steering linkage, so it was ready to fall off (knowing that the road out of here for the first 100kms in mountainous with huge cliffs and lakes and is a very windy narrow and treacherous road with many recent fatalities of people going over the cliffs. My son and I got part way down the road and all of a sudden our steering wouldn’t work properly.

I managed to brake in time and narrowly avoid going off the road at a big cliff known as Hydro Hill. I then limped the truck into Port Alberni and got it to a mechanic, as I had no idea what was happening as I had completely redone all my steering gear a few weeks previously at a mechanic shop in Port Alberni. They inform us that we have been sabotaged and someone was trying to kill us. We take pictures and install a new linkage and report it to the RCMP. Nothing happened and no one was arrested. We know who did it and who hired him.

September 2013: Tofino RCMP Officer, Andrew Waddell and Bailiff John Bradshaw take over our property and then do an illegal eviction and occupation of our property and throw all the tenants with trailers out in the street and tow them away and smash down all their sheds and decks etc in a violent attack with RCMP Officer Waddell standing there with his hand on his gun the whole time. We are homeless and had 2 hours to remove our possessions and so we left with basically nothing but our clothes and a few items.

We lost most all of our personal belongings and business records and tools and equipment and our home and business of over 30 years. This was done to us by a public BC Government Crown Corporation that manages the Pension Funds of my children’s school teachers and the Municipal employees of the town! I am a single father of two kids who were with me when this was done to us, and they were 12 and 15 years old at the time. We are still in shock and destroyed.

We are like Syrian refugees, homeless and penniless, in our own country, attacked and robbed by our own government!

June 2014: I managed by great good fortune to get my two kids into a good school and they did so well the school decided to support them and allow them to stay until they graduate. So my first goal of saving my kids from the catastrophe we suffered at the hands of the criminal gang within our own government was accomplished.

My second goal is to get our property back from these criminals and put these criminals in prison or hang them as the law dictates their punishment should be. I have been actively pursuing justice and I support the causes of all other people around the world who are suffering at the hands of these criminal psychopaths in similar ways to us.

July 2014: My girlfriend and I had been using the facilities at a local hotel called the Ocean Front Hotel near where I was staying in an old travel trailer in a farmer’s field with no toilet or shower. We went there to use the pool and sauna and shower quite frequently. On the night in question we arrived quite late and pool and sauna were not allowing new users in as it was closing soon.

But as they knew me, the desk staff at the hotel let me in. I was only in the sauna a few minutes when a fellow I know to work for the Attorney General’s Ministry of the BC Government jumped in the sauna with me. This was very strange as the place was supposedly closed.

I got really bad vibes from this guy and just knew something was wrong. As soon as he left (he was only there for maybe 5 minutes), I got out of the sauna and put on my clothes without even a shower and went out the door with my shoes in my hands.

As I opened the door two very tall Middle Eastern males both wearing blue Adidas track suits with black waist belt bags were coming in the door. They hesitated and looked at me very strangely. But I suspect that their intel was that I was alone in the sauna and that is where one of them was planning to hold me down while the other would inject me with a needle through my eardrum that would induce and instant heart attack and I would be dead in the sauna.

I knew where the back door was and got out of there immediately. Once I was out, I did laying down in the front seat of my truck, but I could see through the truck mirror three or four RCMP vehicles driving back and forth and stopping and looking at my truck. Normally you never see an RCMP car out in this area known as Cowichan Bay, as it is away from the main town of Duncan where the RCMP Station is located.

I believe that this was a failed assassination attempt on me. I have sent you a photo of a guy who may have been one of the two that came to kill me. They may have been brothers as they almost looked like twins. They were tall, brown-skinned, had black curly hair, and looked middle eastern. I have attached a photo I found on the internet of a person who may have been one of them, but he never had a beard. They were both clean shaven. He’s the one in the middle of the bottom row.

So Katherine, this is a major story involving major players, and it is not over yet.

Katherine Frisk

Katherine Frisk is or was an enigma. We know that the amazing world-changing book, Jesus Was A Palestinian, was authored by a “Katherine Frisk” but there is NO other information on “Katherine Frisk”.  We don’t even have an active email for her.

Many say that Katherine was Catherine “Kate” Frisk who was born in Malta in 1933 and lived in the USA where she passed away in 2018. But that’s NOT confirmed.

It may be that “Katherine Frisk” is a nom-de-plume. Considering the subject matter in our book, it would NOT be a stretch to imagine that some would take offense to her truth-telling and so going full anonymous would make survival sense. We simply don’t know.  And so we cannot 100% confirm her identity.

What we do know is that Katherine submitted over 50 articles to VT and wrote a great book. That all stopped in 2018.  VT periodically does a few re-publishes of her work.
