Digging through the photos that didn’t have a thumb over the lens or those I could cut the thumb out of. The hillside shots are of Piesport, taken from the top of Goldtropschen, looking down on Michelsberg.
This is considered the world’s best vineyard vista. As a plug, please ask your local wine guy for Graushiefer or Blaushiefer from Weingut Hansen Lauer of Bernkastel, imported by Kysela of Winchester, WV. This is what I drank instead of water (Bitburg) while in Germany.
