As for the demands of a high ceiling demands, which are beyond the government’s ability , the issue will be referred to the dialogue Committee set up by the Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri.

Regarding regional issues, Bou Said said “those who do not want to realize the seriousness of the Russian and US debate on overall political settlement and countering terrorism , they will be out of the equation , adding that Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey will be officially by the US to end the negative role they are playing in the Syrian and Iraqi files by if they continue messing about vis-à-vis a comprehensive settlement in accordance with the vision mentioned implicitly .
The US administration has already sent several signals in this regard, particularly, the positions adopted by the US Secretary of Defense and the President of the US National Security implying the impossibility of toppling President Bashar al-Assad for many reasons, because the alternative does not possesses the ability to expiate the arrival of the fanatic gangsters to power, as well as the inability of the “Free Army ” to fill the void.

On this subject, he condemned the military operations carried out by Ankara against the Kurds, noting that this will lead to a long-lasting civil war.
Regarding Iraq, Bou Said warned against the proposals raised by some local Iraqi authorities on electing the president by the people and to create security authority in each province, which indicates the divisional intentions on a narrow sectarian base, leading to several sectarian armies instead of a single national Iraqi army.
