Another reason for getting a smart phone is because if you have a desktop computer or laptop then you can do most things there, meaning your phone is perfect for apps like Facebook and Twitter. You can do all your shopping and TV catch-up on the computer and then all your portable stuff like social media, checking the weather, calculator, etc on your smartphone.

At the end of the day it is really up to you. Whichever one you feel more comfortable using is the best way to go. Go to a shop that specialises in selling this kind of technology and you can try out the various models, this way you’ll be able to get a feel for the one that will best suit your life style. Failing all of this you could buy a new computer and keep your old banged up Nokia for phone calls. In the grand scheme of life, it doesn’t really matter if f you have smart phone or a tablet.
