Mortgage Rates Flat Today at US Bank, SunTrust and Citi Mortgage (April 8)

No huge changes to report this morning by way of mortgage interest rates at Citi, SunTrust and US Bank – here’s an overview of what’s being advertised for April 8:

US Bank’s Latest home Purchase Loans

 
Standard 30 year loan interest rates are being quoted at 4.500% at US Bankcorp (NYSE:USB) carrying an APR of 4.673%.  The best 30 year FHA loans have been offered at 4.375% carrying an APR of 4.879%.  The typically higher interest jumbo 30 year loans stand at 4.625% and an APR of 4.777% which is of course a bit higher than the non-jumbo loans.
The VA 30 year interest rates are 4.500% with an APR of 4.846%.
The short term 15 year FRM interest rates can be had for 3.500% today with an APR of 3.811%.
15 year FHA FRM interest rates stand at 4.000% and an APR of 4.565%.  15 year Jumbo fixed rate mortgages are listed at 3.750% and an APR of 4.008% today.  15 year VA loan deals are coming out at 4.000% carrying an APR of 4.721%.  10 year FRM interest rates have been quoted at 3.375% at the bank and APR of 3.823% today.  The 3 year ARMs are listed at 2.250% currently and an APR of 3.261%.  5 year ARM loans have been listed at 2.625% at US Bank yielding an APR of 3.250% at present.
