VA Formally Files Appeal In Veterans Land Use Dispute
As many of you know, the VA is Appealing Judge Otero’s ruling against Defendants Eric K. Shinseki, the Secretary of the VA, and Donna M. Beiter, the Director of the Los Angeles VA, for illegal use of Veterans land.
The Co-Defendants are using Federal U.S. Attorneys at Taxpayer expense to defend an undisputed ruling against themselves, even after the Taxpayers paid for the first go-around in Federal Court with 10 US Attorneys and DOJ officials, and they lost. Now they are Appealing with numerous more US Attorneys at their disposal for their flagrant wrongdoings. This will only prolong the misery and suffering of war-injured and impoverished Veterans who are being forced to live homeless and hungry in back-alley squalor.
Sunday is our 295th consecutive Sunday Rally to “Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME.”
We will be honoring Veterans Day with a Press Conference announcing a Petition to remove and prosecute VA bureaucrats Shinseki and Beiter.
Please attend and exercise your Right to Free Speech and speak out against these corrupt VA bureaucrats that put themselves above the safety and well being of disabled and homeless Veterans.
Join us for this patriotic occasion of camaraderie and fellowship that will include light refreshments.
Sunday, November 10th, 1:00-4:00 PM; Northeast corner of Wilshire & San Vicente Boulevards, west of the 405 Freeway and adjacent to the community of Brentwood.Note: the “SFV Sun” article states that the Old Veterans Guard is “among the groups that filed the class-action suit.” We are not a Plaintiff nor actually filed the suit, but we initiated it by originally contacting the ACLU and winning a Judgment against Donna Beiter for violating First Amendment Rights to Free Speech. Ms. Beiter is a two-time loser in Federal Court.
Both Gen. Shinseki and Ms. Beiter need to be removed from the public trust and prosecuted for Abuse of Power, Misappropriation of Government Property and Funds, Obstruction of Justice, Violation of Oath of Office, Abandonment, Willful Neglect, amongst a multitude of other criminal charges.
God Bless America and the Veterans Revollution!
