Execute ye judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place. Jeremiah 22:3

Yesterday, June 21, 2013, Rabbi Uzi Meshulam, founder and Head of the Mishkan Ohalim Yeshiva,* died after a long and honorable political struggle against the State of Israel.
Elephants are Committee Designed Ants
National Investigation Committees are the ultimate weapon of the State for burying uncomfortable truths. Israel is so disrespectful of the principles of the law that these committees are as abundant as poisonous mushrooms after a heavy rain.
Even these weapons of mass distraction fail from time to time to hide the lies promoted by the State. Notorious failures were the Arlozorov Assassination and the Yemenite Children Affair committees.
Rabbi Uzi Meshulam The Jews of Islam
The latter was the State answer to Rabbi Meshulam political struggle against crimes committed by the State of Israel in the 1950’s.
Rabbi Uzi Meshulam Megillat HaY’shuah – The Salvation Scroll of the Yemenite Jews
There aren’t many Israeli refugees. I know only two others; both are related to Rabbi Meshulam. Sh. H. was a former Israeli policeman who became a pro-Palestinian activist. Before that, he was in the police force that put a siege on the rabbi’s home in Yehud, back in 1994.
Meshulam and his followers had been barricaded for a month and a half, surrounded by police snipers and special forces. During this period, anything else was forgotten in Israel; the Yemenite Children Affair became the only news, despite being 40 years old, transforming the term “breaking news” into the ultimate oxymoron.
Finally, in the little hours of May 10, 1994, the rabbi was lured out of the house to meet Police Chief Assaf Hefetz. The police violently entered the structure, killing 19-year-old Shlomi Assulin, one of the yeshiva students.
Some time ago, Sh. H. contacted me. Against all odds, Rabbi Meshulam’s son, Emmanuel Yedidya (Ami) Meshulam** had managed to escape Israel and was seeking refuge in Canada. He had already been attacked there and was facing legal troubles in his formal recognition as a refugee by that country. “Can you help him?” Sh. asked me.
The help requested was collateral confirmation that Israel persecutes its own citizens on political grounds. Western countries are Zionists; they don’t accept criticism on their Mount Zion. “Sure,” I said. Shortly afterwards, the son refused to contact me due to my conversion to Christianity. Religious Jews consider me dead.
Even this tiny side-event is enough to show that the Jewish Wars prevail above everything else in Israel, even at the price of being denied refuge as Ami Meshulam showed me.
Yet, this website is not run by a corrupt committee; I won’t transform this pure example of Jewish-hatred into a road-blocking elephant. I’ll step over this tiny ant and offer Rabbi Meshulam a kind obituary. After all, against our will, we all are enemies of the State, but friends of godly Justice.
Rabbi Uzi Meshulam Attacked by the State of Israel
Yemenite Children Affair
Of Yemenite background, Rabbi Meshulam was not a Zionist. He learned with his prominent grandfather Kabbalist+ Rabbi Haim Sinwani, who had immigrated to Israel in 1949 from a village near Taizz in Yemen. His grandfather was considered an expert on Tushba, the Verbal Torah, religious interpretations that are never put in writing. Kabbalah is widely discredited by mainstream Judaism.++
In 1994, Rabbi Meshulam took advantage of a neighbours dispute to bring out the Yemenite Children Affair by distributing pamphlets on the issue. The document described kidnappings of Jewish Yemenite children, stating that 4,500 children had been taken from their parents by the Israeli authorities and given to rich Ashkenazi Jews inside Israel and abroad during the late 1940s and early 1950s while the Yemenite immigrants were falsely told that their babies died from illness or malnutrition.
He compared the actions of the Israeli criminal medical establishment (see State of Israel Forced the Sterilization of Ethiopian Women) with the Nazi Regime, especially with the infamous Dr. Mengele (Israel’s Eugenics Program: Dr. Mengele Blues).
That was enough for his being defined as an Enemy of the State by the Zionist establishment.
The State couldn’t ignore the public uproar. In January 1995, the Cohen Committee, headed by retired Supreme Court Justice Yehuda Cohen started its work. Following 7 long years of investigations, the committee found explanations for many disappearances.
Yet, the committee backfired. 56 Cases were not resolved. Other cases are unknown. Mothers were told by the medical establishment that their children had died and had been buried; yet, neither records of that nor graves were ever found. Israel is not so different from Argentina or Bolivia; slightly disguised military dictatorships serving Empire.
Persecution and Assassination
Meshulam was imprisoned and sentenced to jail. During his arrest, a local version of Dr. Mengele appeared and injected him with an unknown substance. His health deteriorated immediately never to be recovered; his violation by the medical services was repeatedly reported along the years.
Every time his health improved, a mysterious criminal appeared and more poison was given to him. Odd symptoms appeared from nowhere; inexplicable diseases plagued this otherwise healthy man. He succumbed to this State-torture while still young at heart, at the age of sixty. Israel lost one of its few heroes.
His son escaped the Zionist concentration camp and is still seeking political asylum in Canada. At the time these lines were being written, his website didn’t comment yet on the death of his father. He provides good descriptions of the Shin Beth involvement, the poisonings, the persecution, and all the institutional crimes that are Israel’s identity card.
Despite what was described above, I beg to the Canadian authorities to give him political asylum.
Heil Israel! Where “medicine” is a code name for “State-assassinations,” where “tricksters” is the only definition for “civil servants,” and where Dr. Mengele is the only hero of the State.
Rest in peace, Rabbi Uzi Meshulam. Our prayers and hearts are with your soul. Don’t worry, Evil won’t win.

* Yeshiva is a Jewish religious college. The word literally means “sitting.”
** His site, Zeakat Emet (Truthful and Hurtful Cry) is at http://www.zeakat-emet.com/en/index.php From there: “My name is Emanuel Yedidya (Ami) Meshulam – son of Rabbi Uzi Meshulam of Yehud, There is nothing left for me to do other than cry out from the depths of my soul and beg you, in the name of justice, for your help and to call, together with us, for an official committee of investigation that is open for the entire Israeli people to see how my father was hounded and how his blood was spilt, forcing him to be bed-bound, by corrupt authorities who have control of all governmental and security offices in Israel and use this control in the worst possible way by weaving lies and destroying reputations via the press.
They also make ugly attempts to wipe us out. Since 1987, they have hounded us and attempted to instill fear in us, Meshulam’s family and pupils, in ways that are beyond belief. It might sound like what they call “something out of science fiction” but they are experienced in hounding people and hurting them, leaving no evidence or signs behind them. It is my duty to record the following in order that the Israeli public not say one day that they didn’t know and that they’d never heard anything on the subject. I intend to tell the painful, terrible story briefly and I hope that it will engender a reaction from people with a conscience and that they will demand justice for those who are innocent and are being hounded.
The Background The meeting at the Shin Bet headquarters and the carrot and stick tactics It was the end of 1987. My father had got together much documentary evidence about the Mossad’s kidnapping, medical experimentations on and sale of Yemenite children in the first years of the State, and he was summoned to the Shin Bet headquarters at 2 Ben Yehuda Street in Jerusalem…”
+ Ultra-mystical Kabbalist Jews may be found in Hasidic and Haredi-bound yeshivot (colleges). Ultra-Orthodox Judaism is composed of two main groups, Haredim and Hasidim. “Haredim” owe their name to Prophet Isaiah: “Hear the word of the LORD, ye that tremble at his word” (Isaiah 66:5). The Hebrew word “harada” means “fearful,” “anxious.” Thus Haredim are those who fear the word of God and thus are the more legalistic followers of the Jewish religion. Yet, they do not base themselves on the Bible for their observance of the law, but mainly on interpretations appearing in the Talmud and related literature. They are also known as “ultra-Orthodox Jews.” Within this large group, there is an important subdivision.
There are “Haredim” and “Lithuanian Haredim,” the latter belong to groups linked to the former Grand Duchy of Lithuania. “Hasidim” owe their name to the Hebrew word “hesed,” which means “kindness,” or “charity.” They separated from the Haredim in the 18th Century, when Rabbi Israel Baal Shem Tov began preaching for a less legalistic interpretation of the Pentateuch, for a Judaism based on spirituality and joy. Instead, he created a branch that is characterized by the veneration of leadership as intercessors of God. In the past, some Haredim defined them as a sect.
++ The Zohar is the basic text behind Kabbalah, the most mystical stream of Judaism. In recent years, it has become popular in Hollywood; the singer Madonna likes to be portrayed with tattoos of Hebrew letters which according to Kabbala have magical powers. Rabbi Simeon bar Yochai is hailed by Kabbalists to be the book’s author. Jewish Orthodox, Jewish Secular and Gentile scholars reject as one the possibility that he wrote the Zohar. The text was most likely written by Moshe ben Shem-Tov (Moses de León) a Spanish Jew who lived between 1250 and 1305AD. Simply, the text includes Spanish words (Spanish didn’t exist in the days of Rabbi Simeon bar Yochai), it features awkward errors in Aramaic and the writer was unaware of Holy Land geography. Bar Yochai wouldn’t have committed any of these. Moreover, the Talmud, the main Jewish religious text from that era, doesn’t mention the Zohar.
The latter is enough to conclude the Zohar was written after the Talmud was closed. Attributing a text to a better known author in order to render it more authoritative was common practice in olden times. The 1906 Jewish Encyclopedia acknowledges in its Zohar article that this was done for profit: “A story tells that after the death of Moses de Leon, a rich man of Avila named Joseph offered Moses’ widow (who had been left without any means of supporting herself) a large sum of money for the original from which her husband had made the copy. She confessed that her husband himself was the author of the work. She had asked him several times, she said, why he had chosen to credit his own teachings to another, and he had always answered that doctrines put into the mouth of the miracle-working Shimon bar Yochai would be a rich source of profit. The story indicates that shortly after its appearance the work was believed by some to have been written by Moses de Leon.” (see Israel’s Lag BaOmer: On a Failed Revolt, a Fake Zohar and a Festival of Fraudulent Empirehood)
Roi Tov is a graduate—among others—of Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute of Science. In addition to his memoir, Tov is published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Molecular Physics and other scientific journals. He won various travel writing and photography awards.
In his writings, he tries to reveal life in Israel as a Christian Israel Defense Force (IDF) officer—from human rights violations to the use of an extensive network of underground agents. He was recognized first as a refugee and subsequently as political prisoner of Bolivia.
