Jewish Zionists in Israel and the West not only getting away with murder but on the contrary are celebrated for their wealth and ensuing political power.
How inhumanely cruel, barbaric, devious, deceitful, manipulative, ironic but oh so typical, so so typical of Israel and its submissive Congress that a Jewish Congresswoman, Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), whom Obama appointed as Chair of the Democratic National Committee, and the late Senator Arlen Specter (D-PA) deliberately, callously, with stony hearts, calculating minds, and lack of any sensitive or conscience, introduced a bill in Congress designating the month of MAY as “Jewish American Heritage Month”, a bill signed by President George W. Bush in 2006.
As typical of their manipulation of truth, history, and non-stop efforts to distract the world from any remembrance or simplest commemoration of what the founding of Israel on May 15, 1948 entailed.   Israel could only be established in Arab Palestine if its native inhabitants were collectively and brutally ethnically cleansed from Palestine through hundreds of terrorist act, dozens of wholesale massacres of entire villages, and the total destruction of 530 Palestinian villages.
What cruel irony that the Jewish American Heritage Month in historical reality should be known as the Jewish Holocaust of Palestinians Month
Palestinians:  The Forgotten Exiled Without End Refugees.
The establishment of Israel on May 15,1948 required the ethnic cleansing, murder of 30,000 Palestinian civilians, and the destruction of 530 Palestinian Villages.
On May 15 only the brutalized Palestinian Refugees in and out of Palestine marked the 65th year of their forced and murderous expulsion by Jews from their homes, land, and homeland.  The Theft and illegal Occupation of Palestine became official.
Not even a whimper, a picture, a word, a story, a speech, or a memorial commemoration of the holocaust committed by European descendents of Khazarian Jews and Holocaust survivors against an innocent population of Palestinian Muslims and Christians, who unlike Europe’s Khazaric Jews are true descendents of our beloved Abraham Prophet and Father of Jews, Christians and Muslims.  The ties of Muslims and Christians to the Holy Land were severed by a Jewish gun and can only exist by favor of the Jewish thieves of Palestine.
Even the entire Muslim world, akin to the Pro Israel media, totally ignored the loss of Palestine to the wandering Khazaric Jews of Europe.
Europe’s Jewish hatred was solved by the creation of another, the ethnic cleansing of 750,000 Palestinian refugees, the massacre of 30,000, and the total destruction through countless massacres, bombing, and burning of 530 Palestinian villages.   Palestinian men, women, and children were forced to march for many miles to find safety in neighboring Arab countries or moved to the partition area allotted by a building in New York City, the United Nations.
The successful strategy of the Zionists in Britain was that they utilized the arrogance, ignorance, racism, military power, media propaganda, as well as enlisting Britain’s’ two most powerful Christian Zionists, Prime Minister David Lloyd George, who as a lawyer was hired by the Zionist Theodore Herzl to petition the U.K. government for a “land” for the Jewish people, and the Foreign Minister Lord Arthur Balfour. Balfour, the man most responsible for the greatest tragic blunder of the twentieth century – the Balfour Declaration.
In Tom Segev’s book, One Palestine Complete, p. 41, one finds this statement:  “Balfour declared in a cabinet meeting, I AM A ZIONIST”.
In 1919 Lord Balfour, the father of the Bolfour Declaration, justified the usurpation of Palestinians right of self determination as the following:
“Zionism, be it right or wrong, good or bad, is rooted in age-old traditions, in present needs, in future hopes, of far profounder important then the desires and prejudices of the 700,000 Arabs who now inhabit the ancient land.” (Righteous Victims, by Benny Morris, p. 75)
As early as October 25, 1919 Winston Churchill predicted that Zionism implied the clearing of the indigenous population, he wrote:
“There are the Jews, whom we are PLEDGED to introduce into Palestine, and who take it for GRANTED the local [Palestinian] population will be CLEARED out to suit their convenience.” (Expulsion Of The Palestinians, p. 15)
Sir Edwin Montagu, Secretary of State for India and the only Jewish member of the British Cabinet was vehemently opposed to the Balfour Declaration.  His dissent from the political nature of Zionist aims stemmed from the conviction that Judaism was a universal faith, distinct from nationality, and that in the era of the modern nation-State the Jewish people did not constitute a nation….In a secret memoranda (later made public) he wrote:
“Zionism has always seemed to me to be a mischievous political creed.…It seems to be inconceivable that Zionism should be officially recognized by the British Government, and that Mr. Balfour should be authorized to say that Palestine was to be reconstituted as the ‘national home of the Jewish people’. I do not know what this involves, but I assume that it means that Mohammedans and Christians are to make way for the Jews.”
“I deny that Palestine is today associated with the Jews or properly to be regarded as a fit place for them to live in. The Ten Commandments were delivered to the Jews on Sinai. It is quite true that Palestine plays a large part in Jewish history, but so it does in modern Mohammedan (Muslim) history, and, after the time of the Jews, surely it plays a larger part than any other country in Christian history”…

In 1921 Winston Churchill visited Palestine and conceived of splitting Palestine from Transjordan as a bulwark and barrier against any French design on the vital British Suez Canal.
In April 1925, Lord Balfour visited Palestine to bask in his messianic glory that he was the Redeemer, the Messiah, who returned Palestine to the Jews.   He was received much like a Messiah as he went up Mount Scopus to lay the foundation for the Hebrew University.
Of course the Zionists were ecstatic of this gift but plotting that this is only a first step; their aim is all of Palestine, including Jordan.
Lord Balfour of the Catastrophic “Balfour Declaration” that illegally and immorally gifted Palestine to the Jews went to Israel in 1925 to speak at the founding of Hebrew University. The Jews received him as their Redeemer, their Messiah, their Deliverer.
The Jews express their “shock” and “disbelief” that the Arabs rejected such a “fair and peaceful solution”.
The shock is the stupidity and irrationality of their shock, which tragically has become one of their main points of basing the Arabs.
Who in the hell in this entire world would suddenly under force accept to be evicted, expelled, ethnically cleansed, even murdered, so that a foreign people can take their home, their farm, and land?   This is pure madness but it worked on the hapless ignorant west,
Rather than expel all the Jews from the U.S. by force and take over their homes, I challenge one, just one Jew, in the U.S., Europe, or anywhere in the world to voluntarily give up his home and land and remove his family from the premises without taking anything except what they can carry.
Would AIPAC please give up their Washington D.C. to a Palestinian family persecuted in Germany?   Would Abraham Foxman, William Kristol, Elliot Abrams, Richard Perle, Paul Wolfowitz, the Koch Brothers, Sheldon Adelson, or perhaps any of the Fox News Christian Zionists like Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, or Mr. Fox himself, the blinded Mr. Rupert Murdoch.
The Illegal Partition of Palestine and the Founding of Israel.
Does Israel Have an International Legal Basis to Exist?
NO–for two reasons:
1.  According to the U.N. Charter the United Nations General Assembly has no legal right or authority to gift or Partition any land, especially against the wishes of the majority population of its inhabitants.
2.  U.N. General Assembly Resolution 273 on Israel’s “conditional” admission to the U.N. as a member was not met by Israel.
Based on a British recommendation to the General Assembly that a committee be established to study the conflict in Palestine, the General Assembly on May 15, 1947 created the “United Nations Special Committee on Palestine “, or (UNSCOP).   After traveling to Israel and meeting with Zionist organizations it recommended the Partition of Palestine into two states, Jewish and Palestinian.
After UNSCOP issued its recommendation the General Assembly formed an Ad Hoc Committee on the Palestinian Question to further study the UNSCOP report and make further recommendations to the General Assembly.
The Ad Hoc Committee further created a Sub Committee to study the legal basis of General Assembly Resolution 181 to Partition Palestine.
It concluded that the United Nations has no legal foundation based on its Charter or any International Law to issue such a resolution and to gift a land inhabited by a large majority of peoples who oppose, and rightly so, the loss of their land to a foreign peoples, European Jews.   (In 1948, Jews only owned <7% of the land in Palestine yet Resolution 181 gifted them the majority land of Palestine, 56%)
The Sub Committee observed that the UNSCOP report had accepted a basic premise “that the claims to Palestine of the Arabs and Jews both possess validity”, which was “not supported by any cogent reasons and is demonstrably against the weight of all available evidence.”
It concluded that the U.N. has no legal right to:
“Deprive the majority of the people of Palestine of their territory and transfer it to the exclusive use of a minority in the country…. The United Nations Organization has no power to create a new State. Such a decision can only be taken by the free will of the people of the territories in question. That condition is not fulfilled in the case of the majority proposal, as it involves the establishment of a Jewish State in complete disregard of the wishes and interests of the Arabs of Palestine”.
Thus this conclusion clearly states that Israel has no legal basis to exist.
Nevertheless, the U.N. General Assembly on November 29, 1947 passed U.N. Resolution 181, the so called ‘Partition Plan” due to the powerful political and economic pressure of the United States on Latin American, African nations (Liberia), and the Philippines to vote in favor of the resolution.
Additionally, under the U.N. Charter, General Assembly Resolutions are Non-Binding and have no enforcement mechanism.   They are generally defined as “recommendations”.
As per U.N. protocol the General Assembly forwarded the Resolution to the Security Council for “implementation.”   But under U.S pressure the Council postponed discussion of the Resolution indefinitely and thus never voted for the implementation of the Resolution.
Conclusion:
U.N.G.A. Resolution 181 is null and void thereby the Partition of Palestine is illegal and all lands Israel acquired by “force” and “ethnic cleansing” is inadmissible and must be returned to it original owners, the Palestinians.
The second reason Israel’s existence and thus admission to the United Nations as a member state is illegal is U.N. General Assembly Resolution 273 (May 11, 1949) that dealt with Israel’s conditional admission to the U.N. based on Israel’s acceptance of both UNGA Resolutions 181 and 194.:
1.   U.N.G.A Resolution 181:   “Partition Plan” of Palestine”
By 1949 Israel had expelled 750,000 Palestinians from their homes and acquired an additional 22% of Palestine by force beyond the 56% of             Palestine allocated by U.N.G.A. 181.  Thus the Resolution required Israel  to return the additional 22% of land it acquired by force.  Of course, Israel  refused.
2.  U.N.G.A. Resolution 194:  “Right of Return” of Palestinian Refugees or their compensation.
Israel rejected both conditions of Resolution 272 but inexplicably was still admitted to the U.N.  However, till this day Israel’s membership to the U.N. is illegal and thus it must be expelled.
Given that Israel has not meet Resolution 273’s “conditional” requirements for admission; its membership in the U.N. is illegal.
Such has been the story of Israel.  An  illegally created state that thrives on military force to complete its Zionist “Greater Israel” expansionism from the Nile to the Euphrates while the world turns a blind eye to the death and suffering of millions of Palestinian families made refugees by the sons of western colonialism, imperialism, racism, and Zionism..
Yet, Israel and its Jewish Lobby, the masters of lies, myth, and death, Israel is always seeking peace and it’s the Palestinians who refuse to make peace.
But, from the mouth of David Ben Gurion, Israel’s founding father and first Prime Minister.
“We do not seek an agreement with the [Palestinian] Arabs in order to secure the peace. Of course we regard peace as an essential thing. It is impossible to build up the country in a state of permanent warfare. But peace for us is a mean, and not an end. The end is the fulfillment of Zionism in its maximum scope. Only for this reason do we need peace, and do we need an agreement.”

Today’s Jews as Khazarians:
Genetically and Ethnically today’s’ Jews are descendents of Khazaria, an old empire in the Caucuses, that converted to Judaism in the eighth century after which these Jews emigrated to Russia an Europe, and totally unrelated to the original tribes of Israel who left Egypt to Palestine.
Many books and articles have been written on the origin of today’s Jews arising out of Khazaria unrelated to the original tribes of Israel.  Among many such authors was Arthur Koestler, a Jew, who documented such evidence in his book, “The Thirteenth Tribe”, based on previous well researched books, some of them were Israeli historians.
A most dramatic scientific and genetic study  on the genetic origin of today’s Jews was recently published on January 16, 2013 in the Oxford Journal by Professor Eran Elhalk (Israeli born), a renowned geneticists of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health titled:  “The Missing Link of Jewish European Ancestry: Contrasting the Rhineland and the Khazarian Hypotheses”
In which he concludes that today’s Jews are genetically related to the Khazarian
Jews and not to the original Children of Israel.
Such a conclusion refutes, rejects, and demolishes any notion that European Jews were returning to their “homeland” they were exiled from 2,000 years.   Once again proving that the Ashkenazi Jews of Russia and Europe are an alien people to Palestine and thus the entire enterprise of creating a “Jewish Only” homeland in their historical home of Palestine is a typical Jewish and Zionist lie and myth that overshadows all the historical lies, myths, and propaganda that led to the catastrophic western supported dispossession, ethnic cleansing, and genocide of the true owners of Palestine – Palestinian Muslims and Christians heirs and descendents to Abraham.
Palestine is for the Palestinians not for today’s alien Khazarian Jews.   In addition these Jews are not of Semitic origin thus the use of the slanderous weapon of mass destruction; “Anti-Semitism”, is historically wrong and moronically used to silence any truth about Israel’s barbarism against the Palestinians, today’s Jews, or “Jewish Power” in western capitols.
Palestine will be free and independent when the American people rise up against the dominant, destructive, and manipulative “Jewish Power” in their country and once again reclaim their independence and sovereignty.
