DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

NAVY

(N69450-12-D-0044); Ensafe, Inc.*, Memphis, Tenn. (N69450-12-D-0045); and J2 Engineering, Inc.*, Tampa, Fla. (N69450-12-D-0046), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for performing remedial actions at environmentally contaminated sites predominately at Navy and Marine Corps installations and other government agencies within the state of Florida.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all five contracts combined is $30,000,000.  Work will be performed in the state of Florida, however although principle geographical areas are identified for the contract, the contractor may be required to provide service coverage to any Naval Facilities Engineering Command area of responsibility in the continental United States and outside continental United States required by the government.  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of April 2017.  Contract funds in the amount of $25,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured as a 100-percent small business set-aside via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 24 proposals received.  These five contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity.

Rockwell Collins, Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $14,495,712 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0069) to exercise an option for 168 RT-1851A(C)/ARC receiver-transmitters (including royalty fees) for the government of Saudi Arabia under the Foreign Military Sales program.  The work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed in December 2013.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
