L-3 Services, Inc., Reston, Va., is being awarded a $15,208,043 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical support services for command, control, communications and computer (C4) exercise planning and evaluation, integration, systems integration, operational systems, fielding, training, certification, maintenance, logistics, configuration management, systems engineering, network engineering, software engineering, documentation/graphics support, program management, quality assurance and life-cycle sustainment management support. This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated $81,855,427. Work will be performed in Fayetteville, N.C. The work to be performed provides for access by military tactical vehicles to San Onofre Beach for training exercises.
