Fellow Veterans and Friends of Veterans
It’s 9-11 weekend and we’re honoring our Troops and Veterans who served over the past decade. BS! What a disgrace our government has become, particularly the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Directly outside the Eisnehower Gates to the largest VA in the nation is a homeless female Veteran who was refused shelter by the VA and various non-profit domicillaries. A neighbor in the vicinity tried to get her admitted to the VA because she his concerned for her safety. She was told there’s no room availability and New Directions told her to spend the night with her if she was concerned for her safety and to feed her herself.
The city of Los Angeles recently opened a $25 million animal shelter for stray animals! In fact, there’s a public dog park on Veterans property but no emergency shelter for our Military Veterans on their own property.

“Judge nudges VA toward mediation over LA campus”
While the judge is pushing for a settlement, Defendants General Eric K. Shinseki, Secretary of Veterans Affairs in D.C., and Donna Beiter, executive director of the West Los Angeles VA, are saying none of this is their responsibility, and your tax dollars are paying for their bogus defense. Accordingly, U.S. Justice Department attorney Elisabeth Layton said that she would … file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit based on claims that the plaintiffs have no standing to allege breach of contract by the federal government and that providing housing is not explicitly among the VA’s responsibilities.
There’s a Congressional Act of 1887 and the Land Grant Deed of 1888 that has legal jurisdiction over this hack US attorney’s reprehensible opinion.
Donna Beiter and her chief of police, Ronald Mathis, are both federal criminals, yet Secretary Shinseki continues to maintain their employment to run the largest VA in the nation. Meanwhile there are 20,000 homeless Veterans in Los Angeles. Either he fires both of them posthaste, or he needs to step down posthaste, or President Obama needs to fire him posthaste.”Home” on Veterans property that has 3
Donna Beiter, who is not a Veteran, lives in a big mansion on 20 landscaped-and-tight-security acres of Veterans property. There’s a brand new $300 billion dollar State 96 rooms and 300 of them are empty, yet the VA forces a homeless female Veteran to live on the sidewalk adjacent to these premises.
Most of the individual plaintiffs in the ACLU lawsuit are homeless Veterans with severe mental issues from serving in war zones.
The VA bureaucrats have severe moral and ethical issues and they need to fired posthaste. Additionally, President Obama needs to call for the construction of a new and modern Veterans Home here in Los Angeles — posthaste!
FELLOW AMERICANS! This is a call to action!
Please show up at tomorrow’s 183rd consecutive Sunday Rally to “Save Our Veterans Land” and to “Bring Our Homeless Veterans HOME.” The time of sitting on the sidelines are over.
There are 20,000 homeless Veterans that need our support in protest.
God Bless America and the Veterans Revolution!
