Twenty years from ground War-Will they (President,Congress, VA, DOD) ever acknowledge our service made us ill and thousands have died? Will fast track compensation.  Will they answer Health Care needs?  Will they be proactive?

VA-RAC-GWI  Meets in DC

VA Secretary Unavailable? Unacceptable

VA Doctor – Neurosurgeon- at headquarters DC-that served with us in theater NOT invited! Why NOT?

All VA Researches that are funded or have been funden NOT to be in attendance?

Time past due for a VA conference of all researchers and health care providers that want to help including civilians!

Extemely limited time for rest of veterans or others to give public comment.

NO VIDEO or LIVE VIDEO Conference on Internet or C-Span.   No ability to receive video recorded public comment.  NO WEB Conference.  NO SKYPING

Heads of VSOs and committee members comments need to give way for Open PUBLIC COMMENT and REALLY Listen to veterans especially those that have not had that opportunity!  We need to hear from more VA funded researchers in order to encourage their knowledge and communications.  We need to hear from all researchers incluiding ones doing DOD CDMRP FUNDED.  THOSE FUNDED and NOT FUNDED. We do NOT need anniversary ceremonial like Presidential library.

Where will the media be?

My sincere apologies, I really like the work that has been done by the VA RAC GWI and I was one on hill that went door to door many times over to get cosponsosrs and to make the bill that mandated VA RAC GWI into reality.  But….

THIS IS NOT IDEAL

YET there hopeful will be some good information and sharing, but more work is needed.
