NAVY

Oshkosh Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., is being awarded a $49,439,117 fixed-price delivery order (0102) under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (M67854-06-D-5028). This delivery order is issued against exercised priced options for the purchase of 108 logistic vehicle system replacement production cargo vehicles; 120 400-amp alternators; 108 Roxtec pass through panels; 108 power distribution boxes; 108 pioneer tool brakes; shipping for 108 vehicles; 120 cargo vehicle armor kits; 120 weapons mount kits with upgrades; 120 turrett gunner restraint systems; and applicable federal retail excise tax. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wis. (84 percent), and Israel (16 percent). Work for this delivery order is expected to be completed by April 30, 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps System Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $35,040,005 cost-plus-incentive-fee delivery order #4030 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-09-G-0005) for non-recurring efforts in support of the MH-60R situational awareness technology insertion pre-engineering, manufacturing and development. Work will be performed in Owego, N.Y. (86 percent); Farmingdale, N.Y. (11 percent); and Melbourne, Fla. (3 percent). Work is expected to be completed in October 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $33,803,251 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $24,972,899 firm-fixed-price delivery order #4046 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-08-G-0010) for 55 composite main rotor blade assemblies; 12 bifilar assemblies; two shipping containers; and associated non-recurring engineering and logistics services in support of the VH-3D executive transport lift improvement program. Work will be performed in Monrovia, Calif. (81 percent), and Stratford, Conn. (19 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2011. Contract funds in the amount of $24,972,899 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

Rizzani de Eccher, JV, Coral Gables, Fla., was awarded on Dec. 16 a $35,758,580 firm-fixed-price contract. The award provides for the construction of two residential dormitories and a subsistence warehouse. It includes constructing related site improvements, utilities, communications systems, fire protection and suppression systems and force protection features. Work will be performed in Al Udeid, Qatar, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 4, 2013. Thirty-five bids were solicited with 15 bids were received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District, Winchester, Va., is the contracting activity (W912ER-11-C-0001).

JCB, Inc., Pooler, Ga., was awarded on Dec. 16 a $33,779,922 firm-fixed-price contract. This award will provide for 136 high mobility engineering excavator with A-kits. Work will be performed in Pooler, Ga., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 15, 2011. The bid was solicited over the Internet with two bids received. The U.S. Army TACOM, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-05-D-0414).

L-3 Communications System West, Salt Lake City, Utah, was awarded on Dec. 16 a $31,956,100 firm-fixed-price contract. This award will provide for 2,780 remote operational video enhanced receiver 6 antenna kits. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2013. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-07-C-0209).

Lockheed Martin, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded on Dec. 16 a $28,583,522 firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for technical and maintenance support services for all high mobility artillery rocket system, fire control and systems and launcher modules, and multiple launch rocket system M270A1 fire control systems for the Army, Marine Corps, and approved Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2011. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Contracting Center, Huntsville, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-08-C-0003).

Raytheon Co., Andover, Mass., was awarded on Dec. 16 a $20,081,093 firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for support of Foreign Military Sales, and consist of advice and assistance in all areas of the Patriot air defense system, associated equipment, and logistics support elements. Work will be performed in Andover, Mass., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2015. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aviation and Missile Command Contracting Center, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-11-C-0112).

GM GDLS Defense Group, LLC, JV, Sterling Heights, Mich., was awarded on Dec. 16 a $9,614,102 firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. This award will provide for 350 Stryker retrofit video display electronic terminal A-kits. Work will be performed in Shelby Township, Mich., and London, Canada, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2011. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army TACOM, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-07-D-M112).

Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Plymouth, Minn., was awarded on Dec. 16 a $9,029,109 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide M14 propellant and benite strands to the government of Egypt in support of load, assemble, and pack of a deliverable quantity of 15,000 M831A1 and 30,000 M865 cartridges. Work will be performed in Radford, Va., with an estimated completion date of July 30, 2011. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Rock Island Contracting Center, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (W52P1J-11-C-0018).

L-3 Communications Corp., Salt Lake City, Utah, was awarded on Dec. 16 an $8,114,626 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for radio frequency B-kit communications hardware to support the Kiowa Warrior OH-58D program. Work will be performed in Salt Lake City, Utah, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2011. One bid was solicited with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, AMCOM Contracting Center, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-11-C-0023).
