                SupplyCore, Inc.*, Rockford, Ill., is being awarded a maximum $525,000,000 firm-fixed-price, prime vendor, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for maintenance, repair and operations.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The original proposal was Web-solicited with 11 responses.  The date of performance completion is Sept. 17, 2011.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM500-02-D-0122).

                Niche, Inc.*, New Bedford, Mass., is being awarded a maximum $23,822,045 firm-fixed-price, total set-aside, unusual and compelling contract for low-velocity parachutes.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Army.  There were originally four proposals solicited with four responses.  The date of performance completion is Jan. 30, 2011.  The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Va., is the contrcting activity (SPM4A7-10-C-0711).

                CFM International, Cincinnati, Ohio, is being awarded a maximum $23,573,520 firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract for compressor cases.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Air Force.  There was originally one proposal solicited with one response.  The date of performance completion is April 30, 2012.  The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8104-08-G-0002-UNKA).

                BRS Aerospace*, South St. Paul, Minn., is being awarded a maximum $19,087,950 firm-fixed-price, total set-aside, unusual and compelling contract for low-velocity parachutes.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Army.  There were originally four proposals solicited with four responses.  The date of performance completion is Jan. 30, 2011.  The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Va., is the contracting activity (SPM4A7-10-C-0712).

                Peoples Gas, Tampa, Fla., is being awarded a maximum $14,336,000 retail service tariff contract for complete ownership, operation, maintenance, repairs, upgrades and improvements to utility systems at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla.  Other location of performance is Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla.  Using service is Air Force.  There were originally 500 proposals plus Web solicitations with five responses.  The date of performance completion is March 2061.  The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (

AIR FORCE

                L-3 Communications TCS, Inc., Warner Robins, Ga., was awarded a $61,018,760 immediate award contract to provide modifications to MC-130W aircraft to install a Precision Strike package.  Eight kits and eight installations are being procured under this acquisition.  At this time, $15,837,316 has been obligated for a total of $61,018,760 because $45,181,444 was previously obligated.  WR-ALC/GRUKA, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8509-09-C-0037; Action Under PZ0001).

                Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., Herndon, Va., was awarded a $23,652,978 contract to for the technology analysis and strategic planning for rapid development and deployment.  At this time, $138,889 has been obligated.  55 CONS/LGCD, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-1380; Delivery Order 386).

                Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., Herndon, Va., was awarded a $10,912,641 contract for survivability and vulnerability analysis of the homeland security mission, such as the sourcing and deployment of trained and ready join-capable forces and monitoring of force readiness, preparedness and movement for U.S. Joint Forces Command.  At this time, $1,888,889 has been obligated.  55 CONS/LGCD, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-01380; Delivery Order 395).

                Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, was awarded a $10,092,391 contract modification for the procurement of new machinery for increased yields in low observable gap material and high temperature boot material.  At this time, $10,092,391 has been obligated.  ASC/WWUK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8611-08-C-2897; P00055).

                Telecommunications Support Services, Inc., Melbourne, Fla., was awarded a $9,268,157 contract modification which will provide program management, technical support, logistics support, measurement, analysis and improvement, in support of the mobile air surveillance system operations and maintenance responsibilities of the Colombian Air Force, and the Joint Inter-Agency Task Force – South Mission.  At this time, no funds have been obligated.  ACC AMIC/PKC, Newport News, Va., is the contracting activity (FA4899-09-C; PO0013).

                Alion Science and Technology Corp., Chicago, Ill., has been awarded an $8,885,867 contract which will provide the Army research and development on identifying and securing access to radio frequencies, spectrum supportability and efficiency risk assessment, electromagnetic analysis, and equipment spectrum certifications.  At this time, $496,032 has been obligated.  55 CONS/LGCD, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., is the contracting activity (SP0700-99-D-0301; Delivery Order 0195).

                Contracting, Consulting, Engineering Inc., Annapolis, Md., was awarded a contract not-to-exceed $8,351,317 for contract logistics support services, spares, support equipment and tools; repairs of engines and propellers, repair and return of aircraft parts and publications in support of the Peruvian Air Force L-100 fleet.  At this time $8,351,317 has been obligated.  WR-ALC/GRBKB, Robins Air Force Base, Ga., is the contracting activity (FA8553-10-C-0001).

                Aerojet General Corp., Cordova, Calif., was awarded an $8,088,294 contract which will manufacture empty warhead cases to support the precision lethality MK82 quick reaction capability program.  At this time, $3,963,265 has been obligated.  AAC/EBSK, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity (FA8677-10-C-0335).

ARMY

                McLane Advanced Technologies, Temple, Texas, was awarded on Sept. 16 a $52,293,265 time-and-materials contract for post deployment software support for the Standard Army Maintenance System with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2010.  Work is to be performed at Temple, Texas, and Fort Lee, Va.  Bids were solicited via Web, with four received.  NCR Contracting Center, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity (W91QUZ-10-0052; Serial #1954).

                Raytheon, Andover, Mass., was awarded on Sept. 16 a $16,329,081 firm-fixed-price contract for Patriot MAP upgrade kits with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2013.  Work is to be performed at El Segundo, Calif., and Andover, Mass.  One bid was solicited, with one received.  Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-10-C-0301, Serial #1932).

                Tetra Tech EC, Lakewood, Colo., was awarded on Sept. 16 a $14,899,001 firm-fixed-price contract for a rotary wing parking apron with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2011.  Work is to be performed at Shindand, Afghanistan.  Ninety-five bids were solicited, with seven received.  Army Corps of Engineers, Winchester, Va., is the contracting activity (W912ER-10-C-0049; Serial #1969).

                Kisaq-RQ 2, JV, Carlsbad, Calif., was awarded on Sept. 16 a $13, 712,500 firm-fixed-price contract for designing and building the Total Army School Systems Training Center with an estimated completion date of Jan. 29, 2012.  Work is to be performed at Dublin, Calif.  Bids were solicited via Web, with five received.  Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Ky., is the contracting activity (W912QR-10-C-0085; Serial #1965).

NAVY

                Harper Construction Co., San Diego, Calif., is being awarded $40,497,265 for firm-fixed-price task order #0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-10-D-5406) for design and construction of a recruit barracks for the School of Infantry at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.  The proposed new construction will consist of open bay barracks for two companies, company offices, instructor rooms, central restrooms, shower, laundry room and an exterior wash area.  The task order also contains one planned modification which, if issued, would increase the cumulative task order value to $44,997,265.  Work will be performed in Oceanside, Calif., and is expected to be completed by October 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Nine proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.

                Roy Anderson Corp., Gulfport, Miss., is being awarded $14,430,700 for firm-fixed-price task order #0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-09-D-1280) for the addition to and alteration of Air Force Central Command Headquarters at Shaw Air Force Base.  The work to be performed consists of concrete foundation and floor slab, special foundations, geothermal wells and piping, masonry walls, built-up roof, elevator, utilities, fire detection/protection, site improvements, landscaping, and communication support.  Work also includes alteration of a portion of the existing facility and installation of adequate fire sprinklers in the existing facility to meet code.  Work will be performed in Sumter, S.C., and is expected to be completed by September 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Four proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity.

                Cascade General Inc., Portland, Ore., is being awarded a $7,661,224 firm-fixed-price contract for a 55-calendar day regular overhaul of Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Bridge.  The ship’s primary mission is to provide fuel, cargo, and ammunition to Navy aircraft carriers at sea.  This regular overhaul will include dry-docking and undocking the ship; installing a new sea water suction opening in hull; cleaning and making safe for entry and inspecting various tanks, cofferdams and voids; and renewing specialty flight deck coating.  The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $9,466,792.  Work will be performed in Portland, Ore., and is expected to be completed by December 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via an unrestricted solicitation and four offers were received.  The solicitation was posted to the Military Sealift Command, Navy Electronic Commerce Online and Federal Business Opportunities websites.  The Navy’s Military Sealift Fleet Support Command, a field activity of Military Sealift Command, is the contracting authority (N40442-10-C-2007).

                Thermal Engineering Corp.*, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineer services contract for various mechanical engineering projects and related services at various locations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific area of responsibility (AOR).  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC Pacific AOR including, but not limited to Hawaii (55 percent), Guam (30 percent), and Far East (15 percent).  The term of the contract is not to exceed 36 months, with an expected completion date of September 2013.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website, with five proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-10-D-0006).

                Lake Moultrie Construction, Inc.*, Bamberg, S.C., is being awarded $6,492,000 for firm-fixed-price task order #0002  under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-09-D-1775) for repairs to First Battalion Barracks at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island.  The work to be performed provides for concrete crack and spall repairs, exterior brick repair, sealant replacement, interior finishes, door replacement, restroom and shower replacement, mechanical plumbing, fire suppression, and electrical upgrades.  Work will be performed in Beaufort, S.C., and is expected to be completed by April 2011.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Seven proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity.
