Government Provides Employers Incentive to Hire Veterans
CALIFORNIA – CCG, a national firm that specializes in assisting companies with capitalizing on all government incentives, has formed a strategic alliance with HireVeterans.com, one of the nation’s largest veteran job boards.
Bryant Colman, CCG’Executive Manager states, “approximately $12 billion in government incentives are left unclaimed every year due to lack of knowledge of the different government programs and the daunting task required to qualify.” For this reason, CCG was created nearly 10 years ago, to assist companies with securing the money they are entitled to receive from the government.”
Colman also adds that a large portion of the hiring incentives going forward will be directed to companies that create jobs for veterans.

They have made a strategic initiative to assist our veterans. I am excited they are being rewarded for this initiative. Our strategic alliance with CCG will make it easy for our clients to claim the government benefits for hiring military personnel.” says Allen.
At the Federal level, the benefits for hiring qualified veterans range from $2,400 to $4,800, per person. At the state level, the benefit can be as much as$37,000 per person in states such as California. These incentives achieve three primary objectives for companies; improving cash-flow, reducing labor costs and minimizing both Federal and state tax liabilities.
“We hope that companies leverage our collective services to identify veteran job candidates and then benefit financially for hiring those that have served our country.” Allen states.
