Wireless Systems Designers will;
1: Design in-building wireless (cellular, 2-way radio, WiFi, etc) systems.
2: Program and manage wireless equipment & network.
3: Operate test equipment to include (spectrum analyzer, drive test software, test phones etc.)
WAC has successfully completed a variety of certification programs on processes and wireless technologies. These include: ASHE Construction Certification, Proxim Broadband Associate, Proxim Broadband Engineer, Orthogon Systems Certification, Bridgewave Communications Certification and Trango Broadband Wireless Certification. WAC is also a member of APCO, HIMMS, and the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce.
WAC has invested in software tools to ensure designs and to provide a quality deliverable to clients. Those tools include: IBWave’s RF-vu product for DAS design and RF propagation modeling, Air Magnet Networks for WiLAN design and implementation. Agilent Technologies Drive test software for carrier RF spectrum readings. They have also invested in site survey planners, laptop analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
