Bill to Criminalize Bestiality Advances in Alaska Legislature – Politics Daily

Lets take a break from the never ending tensions between Democrats and Republicans in D.C.  Lets turn our attention to Alaska, a place where I have spent a great deal of my Service time.  The news today is not good.

I know that place quite well but I have to tell you, this one is a stunner, even to me.

In Politics Daily in a story entitled Bill to Criminalize Bestiality Advances in Alaska Legislature we learn that the state assembly has found it necessary to get a law on the books stipulating that Alaskans cannot under any circumstances have sex with animals in that state.  I assume that the law will also apply to tourists and any other outsiders who have come to the state with Fido on their minds.

This explains a lot about Alaskan politicians and their attitudes about national priorities as they have become prominent in the last year or two.  They shall go nameless but you know the ones I mean.

My God, has it come to this in the far-flung regions of our republic?  For the love of Pete, leave Fluffy alone you mob of  frostbitten pig pokers!

Anyone in the frozen reaches of our far northern territory that would stoop so low as to bugger Bobo will now have to deal with the Alaskan State Legislature and the Alaskan State Police.  This is an outrage! Stop all the stooping for nefarious purposes you no-good, low-down dog defiling demons!

I for one am now resting more secure in my own heart knowing that the Alaskan State Legislature has taken this problem in hand.  Better it be in their hands than in unmentionable places concerning the family pet in any Alaskan home!

I will be dog-gone and so will Fido if Alaska cannot get control of this horrible problem up there in the Far North.

Does anyone know whether or not Sarah Palin mentioned this peculiarly Alaskan outrage in her book?

Yeah, this country of mine never ceases to amaze me.  Do you think it might be a good idea to look elsewhere for our political leaders next election cycle?
