Handicapped permit on a motorcycle?

Paul Beckett has a handicapped parking pass on his windshield. Beckett has a handicapped license from the state and the right to park his 2007 BMW motorcycle in ‘handicapped-only’ spaces. Beckett was issued a Disabled American Veterans letter which entitled him to get the special license plate for his motorcycle.

     Beckett is a U.S. Army veteran who was injured during the 1965 U.S. invasion of the Dominican Republic. “Whenever I park in a handicap spot someone always complains to me about it. When I tell them to look at my license plate they understand. To avoid this problem I had the state issue me a large handicap sticker for my windshield,” he said..
