Jessica Francis Denied her Late Fathers Naval Pension for over 10 Years

Ms. Jessica Francis, the daughter of a decorated, three-war veteran was born with a serious, life threatening heart defect.  We have proof where a federal judge ruled that Ms. Jessica Francis was the rightful dependent and the court then ordered the VA to pay Ms. Francis her father’s naval pension.  The Los Angeles Regional Veterans Affairs office was given the responsibility to administer payment of the award granted by the board of veteran appeals.

Ms. Francis retained the services of Ripped Marketing Group to bring this matter to the media, exposing this gross violation. Rodney Allen Rippy of RMG Los Angeles spokesman for Ms. Francis was quoted as saying “Veterans have bravely given their duty and it amazes me that we lack the heart to see to it that they are cared for properly”. 

It was discovered that Jessica’s social security number was compromised at the West Los Angeles VA and used to steal her identity and benefits, totaling into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Some underhanded dealings and persons have fraudulently taken 12 years worth of payments from Ms. Jessica Francis, forcing her to have to depend on other social services for her medical treatments and survival. 

After hearing her story, Ms. Francis was asked to come speak along other Veterans at the May 20th Greater Los Angeles Military Veterans Summit. The Summit will be held 7 PM, at New Horizons, 15725 Parthenia St. North Hills.  The Veterans are also fighting to keep private sector development from taking place on Veterans land at the Sepulveda VA and West Los Angeles VA Medical Center locations.
